About
Stefanie is a graduate of the West Coast College of Massage Therapy (WCCMT) Victoria campus, having completed 3000 hours of training.
Stefanie takes a holistic, preventative approach to massage therapy by identifying and treating the body with a variety of skilled techniques including deep tissue massage, myofascial and isolytic release, Craniosacral and Swedish massage, scar and Visceral Manipulation. She feels it is important to help patients correct any postural and functional imbalances that can lead to physical and emotional discomfort. Stefanie provides rehabilitative and preventative health care to individuals who are seeking balance and well-being.
Stefanie strives to provide an environment of comfort and support for her clients throughout all the stages of their lives. She has continued interest in exploring the healing effects of postural support and massage for her clients; from athletes, post-surgical scars, and muscle imbalances to pregnancy support and postpartum care. She believes health care is collaborative; together, you can work with her to identify both immediate and long term health care goals.
When outside of the clinic, Stefanie enjoys cycling, painting, gardening, weight training, tennis and exploring everything this province has to offer. With a passion for food, Stefanie believes in the importance of eating whole foods and practicing good nutrition. Stefanie continues to grow as a therapist by attending professional courses, seminars, and learning new treatment techniques.
She is registered with the College of Massage Therapy of BC and is a member of the Massage Therapy Association of BC.
